I have a cluster that comes with ingress-nginx pre-installed. Is it possible to configure Okteto to use that ingress instead of installing a second one?

we have a recently created post How do I configure my own Ingress Controller? explaining how to set up your own ingress controller. Please note that by configuring your own ingress controller, following features of Okteto will no longer be available:
- Autowake Namespaces
- Error Pages
- Private Endpoints
