Is it possible to see all the tickets that my organization has created?
If you log in to our support site using your organization’s email, you can track all the available tickets
To track your organization’s support requests

Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page and then click Requests.

Click the Organization Requests link on the page to see all the requests in your organization.

To see details about a request, click the request title.
To subscribe to requests for a shared organization

Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page and then click Requests.

Click the Organization Requests link on the page to see all the requests in your organization.

Click Follow.
You will now receive notifications for new and updated requests in your organization.
