I am fresh in k8s and vscode. when I installed okteto from `Extensions’ and run okteto:up as start guide, vscode throws the error as following:

Okteto was not installed: failed to download [object Object] into /home/zhangyb36/.okteto-vscode/okteto: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ‘/home/zhangyb36/.okteto-vscode/okteto.temp’

How can I fix it?

Any response will be appreciated.
Thank you!

Fixed by creating the .tmp file manually.
