# Install Consul on Okteto Cloud

Hello @WordlessEcho !

In Okteto Cloud there are certain [restrictions for the applications deployed on it](https://www.okteto.com/docs/reference/faqs/#are-there-any-restrictions-on-applications-deployed-on-okteto-cloud). In your case, the deployment of _consul_ requires getting certain CRDs which is not allowed by the RBAC rules applied in Okteto Cloud.
