# How do I configure Okteto to use an existing ingress-nginx?

Hi @ramiro !

we have a recently created post [How do I configure my own Ingress Controller?](https://community.okteto.com/t/how-do-i-configure-my-own-ingress-controller/887) explaining how to set up your own ingress controller. Please note that by configuring your own ingress controller, following features of Okteto will no longer be available:

- Autowake Namespaces
- Error Pages
- Private Endpoints
